Shipping
Every HogwartsClock is handcrafted to order, so please allow 3–9 business days for production before your order ships. Once dispatched, delivery takes about 5–12 business days internationally via trusted couriers like UPS, DPD, FedEx, or DHL.
Orders of $100 or more ship free within the US. Orders under $100, and all international orders, have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control.
Returns
Changed your mind? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and approved returns are issued as store credit.
Please note personalized items and items purchased on sale are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before it enters production.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your clock arrives damaged, or your parcel never shows up, contact us right away — we'll open an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
